To use: Find your dose using our easy to use dosing chart on the bottle and drop oil under the tongue. Hold for 10-15 seconds, then swallow. Expect effects 15 minutes - 1hr after consumption. Start low and go slow. We recommend starting with a dose of 2.5mg THC and working your way up until you find your most efficacious dose.
